A Heat Pack For Live Plants and Animals, is required when your temperatures will be around freezing. We do not ship when temperatures are below 29F. Heat packs only add a little bit of heat and tropical plants and animals need to be warmer.
Heat Pack duration will vary per shipment and heat packs can fizzle out prior to delivery. We don’t make these.
We are not responsible for plants once they leave our facility.
